About this website
This website tells you about BriskCMS, which is currently in private beta. Features, availability and pricing described here may change before launch. Nothing on this website is an offer to supply the product.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t guarantee access to BriskCMS or commit you to anything. We’ll use your email address as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can leave the waitlist at any time. Access to the product, when it’s available, will be under separate customer terms.
Using the website
You agree not to:
- use the website in a way that breaks any law;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected systems, or interfere with how they work;
- submit false information or someone else’s email address to the waitlist;
- scrape, copy or republish the website’s content without our permission.

The content on this website, including text, graphics, the BriskCMS name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not reproduce or adapt them for any other purpose without our written permission.
Claude, ChatGPT, Astro, AWS and other product names mentioned on this website are trade marks of their respective owners. Their mention doesn’t mean those owners endorse BriskCMS.
Links to other websites
This website links to other websites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and a link doesn’t mean we endorse them.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t lawfully be excluded.
Disclaimer
Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components, or that information on it is complete or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the relevant services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
